Watchit March!

Woof, WATCHIT!
I am on SuperDog alert!
March is Fire Prevention Month
yet we have fire accidents every week!

Superdog Drooly Solution:
DO NOT USE FIRE ALL MONTH!

That means no drooly cooking,
no smoking, no lighting of candles,
no burning of whatever, Keeper!

Just thinking of fires
make me drooly thirsty . . .
and that makes me yearn for . . .

1. WATER

And this starts my hunt for Ashley's:

2. ANIMAL
Yupsy, that's ME!
Okay, this animal is in control.
Lookit: when disaster strikes get a kit!
Whistle is for the humans to use!
The toy is to distract myself.
The flashlight is for . . .

3. LIGHT
. . . so the hoomans can find me
when it gets . . .

4. CROWDED
. . . in ma house
and I'm drooly sleeping under . . .
. . . where the air is cooler and the place darker!
Woof, who can sleep in a bright place anyway?

5. CHOCOLATE
Woof, that's ma furs, Ashley!
I think it is called drooly malt faded choco something.
Okay listen: this chocolate something
also sleeps under the hot afternoon sun
because the heat makes me snoozy
although it fades ma furs.
. . . just don't mind the hooman's hanging undies, woof!

And that ends my SHS, Ashley.
Next time I hope you have my favorite hunts:
nom-nom, walks, cool collars, hugs, pillows.

Now to answer your possible Qs.
This SuperDog anticipates drooly queries, y'know.

Why do I have mirrors in my emergency kit?

Duh. It allows me to see myself!
. . . and I sometimes sleep with one eye open:
. . . to keep me alert when disaster strikes!
Woof!

Woof, I sense one coming . . .

Mail attack!
Keeper, you don't have to pay electricity this month!
I ate the bill. Its gone! Nada.
Ain't I smart, Pusa?

Now here lies my family:
My departed loved ones are buried near our trees!
I visit them often which is why Keeper
covered Popsy's grave with sacks filled with rocks!
This place is also our compost pit where dry leaves,
kitchen peelings, and anything drooly recyclable
are thrown in and made into earth once again!

And while we only have wet and dry season in my country
in other parts of the world it is Spring!
Spring springs surprises . . .
warm weather, new plants,
and lonely days . . .
. . . made special by loved ones . . .
. . . keeping you warm and loved.

Hug and love your world!
It is the only one
you drooly got!

Marching On To March!

Woof!
In case you don't know
it is already the month of March.
It is time to change the calendar
AND mark the 18th day
because it is the day
I turn drooly 10.
Woof!

And before I drooly forget
I better do Ashley's SHS:

SHOW ME YOUR STYLE
. . . I look stylish when I wear my drool kerchief!

MISMATCH
Keeper wants to let go of Popsy's kerchief
but I will not allow her to do that!
I want my Popsy's smell around me!
. . . besides I do look good wearing it!

ROUTINE
My boring sked includes watching over Heaven and the hoomans . . .
I get really drooly stressed out
when TheOtherKeeper Luchie cleans
and I only relax when she gets down
from her drooly task!

TECHNOLOGY
My woofy old phone also has . . .

MUSIC
. . . oh, rock my butt, and shake my tail
and bark out loud to the searing skies above . . .
Duh. Some music really rock my butt.

Now let me share with you some stuff
that gets my ire . . .
I can't understand what this is!!
Turn it off, people!
I am not a robot.
I. Am. A. Dog.
And I can't read word verif.
Woof!

Luchie watches the Impeachment on TV
and some judges are so annoying so
WILL SOMEBODY PLEASE TELL SOMEBODY
that there is no room for uncivilized behavior
in a civilized society unless you're a dog!

AND. . .
. . . when I get moody
I stop in the middle of my walk
which makes Keeper moody
because then she will have to carry me!
I do get my moods too you know.

And now look at Keeper:
She tells me she loves me every day.
She sings to me and massages my tumtum
and makes sure I get less moody.
So why am I moody?
It must be the scaldingly HOT weather!

And here's my drooly musing
for my friend Lisa:
Do not be moody because . . .
. . . you do not really lose your loved ones
they are always watching over you
over the clouds and in quiet corners . . .
. . . and even while you sleep . . .

Death is not the end.
It is just a lull
in the middle of a song
that will eventually soar
to an exciting note . . .

February Fever

Q: What has two legs and one paw?

A: Sweepy scratchin' his drooly nose!

Welcome to FebFever.
And if you don't watchit, Lisa
you'll end up wondering
what the world is up to!

GRAY
This is also called . . .

HANDWRITTEN
. . . aka (also known as) Paw Prints on Gray something!

BLISSaka 'Roaching' . . .
When Keeper see me like this
it reminds her to do yoga . . .
As you can see I am not the only one who does yoga.
But my moves are better and more relaxing . . .
Purrfect for woofy Quoto-something.

A GLIMPSE
This is the dangerous Rainbow Street.
Yesterday at dawn I woke the hoomans
when I heard gunshots on the streets!
An early morning jogger was shot!
Keeper, I ain't jogging at dawn EVER!

I am not guarding RainbowAve like my Popsy.
I would rather stay home
and bark at the noisy passers-by, Pusa!

CROSSED
. . . because inside Heaven
with my paws crossed
I am home safe.

And last Thursday
my gurlfriend Kate eMailed me this:
It is a drooly flower picture taken by Keeper
when she had lunch with her brother Jojo on his bday.
It is also my gift to all celebrating their birthdays
and to all my hooman girlfriends
and my long lost dog GF Cookie (I miss you much!)
and if I'm drooly lucky
I can have a cat GF if I win
in Ashley's Love Letters to Kitty Paw
so please drooly VOTE for me
by clicking on my woofy card:

February Fest!

And I'm so woofy out.

But now I'm IN:
It is hard to be 'in' with the times
when the time is so woofy out.
Or something whatever.

February is called the Fever month.
Everybody in Keeper's family is celebrating
from birthdays: Keeper's, her brother, her niece
including birthdays of Keeper's departed loved ones (her Dad & Uncle)
to death anniversaries (Keeper's Grandma and wham projects) . . .
In the country where I live
February is also called the month of crazies
simply because the month only has 28 days!
Now I wonder who is crazier:
the one who designed a 30 days a month calendar
or the one who created months and years to begin with?

Now I think I better do my SHS challenge
before the crazy whatever
catch up with this woofy dog:

LOVE
. . . is a kiss on a drooly day . . .
and being with your hooman
even on a crazy month:

TREND/TRENDING
"Retirement" is trending somewhere drooly.
Being a senior dog means I am retired.
But what is woofy retired?
Why should I continually be tired?
When humans decide to take it easy
they should be 'relaxed' not re-tired.
Just drooly musing . . .
(Note: Keeper is musing on an art project for seniors)

PLASTIC
I prefer my plastic bowl
instead of the metal one
because this yellow heart bowl
is anti-bloat, anti-hunger,
has drooly cool shape and color,
it is not metallic cold to my tongue,
and I can play with it
by tossing it around!

PAPER
As you woofy know (or maybe don't)
that this SuperDog is super arty
and makes all sorts of trash,
er, make that 'art out of trash.'

And here's how it is done:
Or, should I say
how it is undone.
Well, OK, let me teach you a trick in filmmaking.
you run the course reverse
that way it looks like you were doing something
instead of re-doing something.
Keeper, 'somebody' ate the paper project for the kids!

DUPLICATE
Yes, I have a duplidog.
He follows me around.
He gets all the blame
when things go wrong . . .
. . . and when the place gets too woofy lonely
you get somebody who always agree with you.

Indeed, love is a mush, Viola and Pusa!

And lookit, Lisa!

I am not a prisoner
of this drooly thing called life . . .

. . . because freedom for some
means never having a decent meal
a loving home, a daily hug,
a regular bath and grooming
except this Superdog
who will bark out their plight
and possibly feed them something . . .

On this month of Heart
please feed hungry stray animals
and if it is drooly possible
give them a hug and a home . . .

May you all have a merrily woofy Feb!
